Mr. Vajeendra S Kandegamage is a seasoned IT professional and technology leader with over 30 years of expertise in the IT industry. He is a well-established entrepreneur, IT consultant, and digital transformation strategist, holding multiple professional qualifications and extensive knowledge in ICT consulting and business innovation.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Stemcore Asia (Pvt) Limited, CEO of Stemcore Global (Pvt) Limited, Immediate Past Chairman of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (Sri Lanka Section), and an Executive Committee Member of the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA).

As a visionary entrepreneur, he has demonstrated his expertise in technology solutions, software innovation, and business leadership by funding and driving innovative ventures. Leveraging the skills gained through his distinguished roles across organizations, he continues to deliver scalable and impactful IT solutions.

Vajeendra is also an honorary judge at NBQSA – The National ICT Awards in Sri Lanka since 2006 and at APICTA (Asia Pacific ICT Awards) at the international level since 2008. His management skills and leadership excellence were further proven by successfully organizing Sri Lanka’s largest ICT competitions for 10 consecutive years.
